Kate Cassidy becomes sincere about dealing with the death of one’s late partner Liam Payne.
The 25-year-old influencer said it has been “really hard to accept” to lose Payne in a tearful interview when discussing how she has managed since then His death At Britain’s morning show Lorrain Wednesday, March 5th.
“I think I’m talking about him so much in the present time … I don’t even feel the need to correct myself because it’s part of my healing journey,” Cassidy said. “I am still working to accept the fact that he is no longer here, so it is difficult for me to refer to him in the past.”
“When I refer to him in the past, it turns almost a little more,” she continued and became emotional. “I would never have thought I would talk about him in the past, so it’s definitely really hard to accept.”
Cassidy said in the interview that “sometimes it is difficult for me to get out of bed in the morning” and that she has “my better days (and) harder days.”
“It’s really hard. I have never lost anyone before I close to myself so it is my first time to handle something similar and go through this grief and healing journey, ”she said. “… I’m trying to do my best. I have my better days, I have my harder days. But I am surrounded by such a good support system. ”
Payne died at the age of 31 after falling from a balcony in Buenos Aires on October 16, 2024.

Cassidy added while he shows up Lorrain To support their March4March campaign as her dog Nala, which she shared with Payne, has “helped with her healing trip” since losing him by urging her to get out of the house and going for walks every day.
“Whether it’s a five-minute walk or 20-minute walk, the first thing in the morning (it) just wakes me up and updates my mind,” she said. “Instead of putting in bed all day just browse through social media or old photos, it gets me out of bed and really helps my way of thinking and my mental health.”

Cassidy shared that she “tries to be as productive as I can,” do “little things as yoga” to also help improve her main space and thanked her “friends (and) family, just to be there for me.”
She added by Payne, “I will always have so much love for him … His presence was just comforting and warming and it is something that I will never forget him.”
Cassidy’s latest interview comes after she gave her First interview Since Payne’s death with Britain’s newspaper The sun Last month and said she wished she had stayed with him in Argentina rather than return to his home in Florida.
