Kyren Lacy’s father speaks out when he mourns the death of the former Louisiana State University (LSU) broad recipient.

LSU said in a statement that they are “sorry to learn about the tragic passing of former LSU football student-athletes Kyren Lacy,” Per CBS news. “Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones, as is his former teammates and coaches who are affected by his passing.”

Lacy’s friend, Rontrell Sandolph, also praised the late athlete at InstagramWrite, “I’m so lost for words. I’m speechless. I fell asleep four times and woke up to see if it was a dream.”

“All conversations, all the tears, everything, you know God had us,” he continued, along with a carousel with photos and videos of the church. “The dreams we had started kicking in, you made it (the) NFL (and) that I played ball abroad. (Our) dreams (where) came to reality.”

LSU, Louisiana State Police, Lacy’s agent, Rocky Arceneaux and his defense lawyer, Matthew Ory, did not respond to people’s request for comment on Sunday, April 13.
