Krispy Kreme Donut breaks out his National Donut Day Special Launch in ’14 Days of Original Glazed ‘

The original glazed turns 88 this summer, and Krispy Kreme is ready to celebrate.

This year National Donut Day falls on 6/6, which is equal to a dozen! Krispy Keme launches its “14 days of original glazed” campaign to celebrate.

Starting with National Donut Day, customers can visit a local participating Krispy Kreme store or drive-thru and buy a dozen original glazed monks for $ 2 after buying their choice of a dozen monks.

Krispy Kreme also celebrates by offering shop visitors a free monk of choice – no purchase is required.

“National Donut Day is one of our favorite days of the year to celebrate Krispy Kreme fans and how much they love and share our monks, especially the original glazed,” said Krispy Kreme Chief Growth Officer Dave Skena in a statement. “With the summer on the horizon, when the original glazed will be 88, we will keep the celebration running every day until June 20.”

On June 7, the day after National Donut Day, Krispy Kreme will start the event “14 days with original glazed”, which continues until June 20, the first summer day.

During the event, Krispy Kreme Rewards members can buy a dozen original glazed donuts for $ 9.99. Fans can join the reward program on www.krispyreme.com/rewards.

Krispy Kreme will start another deal on June 13. Every customer who buys a dozen monks can get a dozen original glass for just 13 cents.

The first day of the summer, June 20, Krispy Kreme “will surprise thousands of happy fans with 12 months of free original glazed monks – a dozen per month from July 2025 through June 2026.” Customers are randomly selected from each store, according to the statement.

Krispy Kreme also offers a dozen original glazed donuts for $ 2 with the purchase of another dozen at full price on June 20.

IN March 2024announced the company together with McDonald’s that Krispy Kreme Donuts would be available on McDonald’s nationwide. The plan was to extend to 1,000 McDonald’s restaurants at the end of 2024 and eventually to 12,000 seats at the end of 2026.
