Kody Brown ‘never claimed to be a damman’ even though they previously had four wives

Kody Brown puts the record straight about their skills with the ladies.

On this week’s section of Sister women Send on Sunday, May 11 his son Garrison’s sudden death.

“We move through our grief because you need that time for grief,” explained Kody, 56, before we wear up. “We make sadness to respect and love the dead, to mourn to own that pain. We do happy things. We do happy things so that we move on from grief, so we can believe in the following and in our own future and our own lives.”

Although the section was still focused on how the family continued to navigate in the tragedy, it also contained some lighter moments from the tribe. Kody traveled with his wife, Robyn Brown, and their children to their former stomping soil in their original Wyoming. He not only showed them around the city, which included showing them the various signs he created for local companies early in his career, but he also got them to participate in local activities.

At one point, the family gathered at a local restaurant for a meal and engaged in easy -to -heart conversation. Kody shared with Robyn, 46, and his children the origin of his name, inspired by his father’s admiration for Buffalo Bill, alias William Frederick Cody.

“He was a scout for the US Army. And later in his life he became friends or business partners with Sitting Bull, and they traveled with The Wild West West Show“Explained Kody from Buffalo Bill.” Basically, he was a showman. He was a entertainer. ”

To that, Robyn asked: “So do you think it’s like you?”

“I think I’m a little entertaining,” Kody said in response. “I’m trying to entertain you!”

As Robyn noted how Buffalo Bill was “pretty crazy and wild,” said Kody: “I think he was probably very charming, very entertaining, very friendly and maybe a bit of a damman, I guess.”

“I don’t think I’m a damman at all,” added Kody.

The comment “Ladies’ man” led to laughter among the table, and Kody questioned why his comment was “so fun” for them. “I’m not saying I am – I never claimed to be a damman! I was a polygamist because of religion,” the father told 18 and then. “Ok? I was never a damman.”

Doubling, Kody then told the cameras, “I had four wives, that was all. I wasn’t a damman, and having four wives didn’t make me a damman.”

But Robyn disagreed with his long -standing husband. “He had four wives! I mean, as most people would think of a damman, but whatever,” she said.
