Kane Brown shows off body transformation after 6 weeks of being “super dedicated to fitness and health”

Kane Brown puts a few miles on it.

The country music star, 31, opened up his fitness and health trip in an Instagram post that was shared on Monday 19 May. In the post, Brown showed his shredded physique after less than two months of incoming on his fitness trip.

“From April 1 on (left) to today (right) I have been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this trip with me 🏽💯,” Brown wrote.

The singer met with an outflow of support in the comments, with some who praised him for putting his health first and others who expressed to feel inspired. Peloton Instructor Logan Aldridge wrote: “Put to work! The Kane Brown Full Body Strength Class @Onepeloton Pay off 😉🔥. ”

Others asked questions about Brown’s fitness plan. “What training do you do like me at a health kick yourself! And what do you eat? Everyone likes what they want to know !! ❤,” wrote one person.

Others broke jokes about fighting to find the same commitment to fitness as country star. “I told my wife that your health plan is Photoshop just so I don’t have to eat kale. 🥬🏼,” wrote a user.

Brown made a name for himself in 2015 with his first hit, “used to love you sober.” He went on to cooperate with his long -standing friend and American idol alum Lauren Alaina on “what ifs.” The friends couple went to high school and sang together as teenagers.

He is also known for his 2017 -Hit “Heaven” and his 2024 song “Miles on it”, a duet with Marshmellow. His self -titulated debut album in 2016 and its songs made Message board History in October 2017 when they topped all five main Message board Country Charts – Top Country Album, Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay, Country Digital Song Sales and Country Streaming Songs – at the same time.

The singer released his fourth album, Highwayin January.

Brown is married to fellow singer Katelyn Jae Brown. The couple married in 2018 and welcomed his first daughterKingsley, 2019. The couple then welcomed their second daughter, Kodi, 2021. In June 2024, their third child, a son named Krewe, was born.
