Jennifer Aniston says she is “not good” with having a balance between working life and life (exclusive)

Jennifer Aniston keeps it real when it comes to her working life balance.

The actress, 56, tells people in an exclusive interview that she often struggles with turning time for herself in the middle of her hectic and demanding career.

“I’m a bit of a workaholic, so I force myself to try to take some Time to travel And don’t work, ”admits Aniston.

“I’m trying to take it easy, because this was really intensely a year’s work,” she says, referring to her lively lifestyle as a demand in Hollywood.

Aniston – currently playing in Apple TV+’s The morning showthat is scheduled to release its Fourth season Later this year – says that she currently has an action plan for how to distinguish work from the rest of her life.

“There is much that we do not need to focus on, because it is so horrible and ugly,” she says about life’s not so big moments. “So we must also remember to focus on beauty and positivity that is also in our world right now.”
