Washington DC – Vice president JD Vance have said he is convinced of a sale of Tiktok will occur before the deadline on April 5, even though a little-to-not indication is willing to sell.

During an interview with NBC News on Friday, Vance expressed confidence in an agreement for TikTok before April 5, which would potentially end the need to either extend the deadline or make a ban on the social media platform.
“There will almost certainly be a high-level agreement that I think satisfies our national security problems, means that there is a distinct American Tiktok company,” said Vance.
Bytadance will be forced to either sell its US subsidiary to Tiktok to an American buyer, or meet a suspension on April 5, after Trump delayed platform’s ban in January.
Tiktok Short shutdown on January 19 after The Supreme Court released in favor by a Biden administration ban from the Chinese owned social media company.
“Usually some of these offers that are much smaller and involve much less capital months to close,” Vance explained. “We are trying to close this thing in early April. I think the contours for this thing will be very clear. The question is whether we can get all the paper.”
Whether Tiktok’s parent company is even willing to sell remains questioned.

Last week, Rumors arose The Austin-based software company Oracle is the current Frontrunner in negotiations on TikTok US sales, surprisingly some who expect the technical billionaire Elon Musk to see the platform.
Oracle is already TikTok’s cloud calculation supplier, so can be a logical choice to take over operations.
According to Vance, negotiators work with a deal that will hold TikTok in operation, but will also be “Protection of Americans’ integrity and US national security.”
