Iran was avenged for recent US military strikes On Monday June 23 and launched a missile strike against a military base in Qatar.

Iran’s armed forces claimed a “powerful and destructive missile strike in the US al-Jeid military base in Qatar,” NBC News reported.

Al-Jedeid is the largest US military base in the Middle East. It is the front head office of US central command and is home for about 10,000 troops.

Explosions were reported near Doha, the capital Qatar, where the base is located and the US Embassy Issued a “shelter in place” Warning to all citizens.

Trump visited Al-Jedeid in May and told the compound soldiers, “as president is my priority to end conflicts, not start them. But I will never hesitate to exercise American power if it is necessary to defend the United States or our partners. And this is one of our amazing partners here.”

“When we are threatened, the US military will respond to our enemies without even thinking about it,” he continued. “You are the people who defeat chaos, fight terror, defend our interests, support our allies, secure our homeland and make America incredibly proud. And do you know what? To make America good again.”

In a statement about xQatari Foreign Ministry’s spokesman Dr. Majed Al Ansari said: “The state of Qatar strongly condemns the al-Ddeid Air Base by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. We believe this is a flagrant violation of sovereignty in the State of Qatar, its airspace, international law and the United Nations.”

He said that Katar’s air defense “successfully prevented the attack and intercepted the Iranian missiles,” and added, “We confirm that Qatar reserves the right to respond directly in a way corresponding to the species and scale of this courageous aggression, in line with international law.”

“We also emphasize that the continuation of such escalating military measures will undermine security and stability in the region and draw it to situations that can have disastrous consequences for international peace and security,” the statement continued. “We demand immediately termination of all military action and for a serious return to the negotiating table and the dialogue.”

President Donald Trump announced Social media On Saturday, June 21, which the United States attacked three nuclear power places in Iran.

“We have completed our very successful attack on the three nuclear power places in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan,” Trump wrote.

“All planes are now outside Iran Air Space. A full payload of bombs was dropped in the primary location, Fordow,” he continued. “All planes are certainly on their way home. Congratulations to our great American warriors.”

Late on Saturday night, Trump spoke the nation from the White House, along with Vice President JD VanceSecretary of State Marco Rubio and defense secretary Pete Hegseth.

“Our goal was the destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat,” he said. “Tonight I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success. Iran’s most important nuclear enrichment plants have been completely obliterated.”

The president praised the troops and added that although the international conflict “cannot continue”, the United States believes that Iran has many more viable goals.

“If peace does not come fast, we will follow the other goals with precision, speed and skill,” he said.
