Cheryl Burke Squashing speculation about its “new face.”
On Sunday, May 18 Dance with the stars alum, 41, shared a Tiktok video To address comments about her appearance that she had noticed during her latest posts on social media. She denied several false claims before she admitted that he turned out to prove “challenging.”
“Let’s just address the elephant in the comment section,” Burke said as he removed her makeup in the video. “I’m not at Ozempic. I’m not sick. I didn’t get any facial transplant and no, I didn’t get a head lift.”
“The level of projection that happens and which I witness is wild,” she said, leaving that people discuss her online as if she is “not a person.”
Burke acknowledged that the “most disappointing part” is to read comments from people who say they lack the “old” version of her.
“Suit Life of Zack and CodyCheryl, “she said.” Back 2006, Dance with the stars Season 2, when I was 21, or three years ago, Cheryl, where I went through a divorce. I hate breaking it for you, but that cheryl is no longer there. ”
“The assumptions are just exhausting as hell,” she continued. “The accusations are absolutely cruel, and the fact that so many of them actually come from women, that’s what is so shocking and harmful to be completely honest.”
“I’ve been in the public eye since I was 21 years old, my body has changed over the past 20 years, my face has changed because I have changed,” Burke said. “I have experienced so much trauma, divorce, and this is not a sin part at all. Soberity, burnout, reinforcement, I have healed, I have lost, I have saddened like someone else.”
“And yes, it may show, but I’m not sorry for it, not a bit,” she added. (Burke Divorce from Matthew Lawrence 2022 after almost three years of marriage.)

Burke continued to say that “the pressure” to prove himself in recent times has “been challenging”, while she added that her “healing” journey has not “come before and after the label” that people approve.
“I’m still the same person who has advocated for mental health and body image for many years,” she said. “I just do it differently now than maybe you’re used to. I’m quieter, I have boundaries and more assessment, and sincerely I don’t feel sure the way I used to.”
“There is a tone now on some platforms that feel more like a shooting group than an actual society,” she continued. “The saddest part of all is how I witness that women tear down other women while pretending it is from worry. This is me at 41, I still heal, still grow and still choose to show up.”
“If you are here to speculate, compare or demand answers that you just are not entitled to, you are not welcome in the space I have created,” she added. “But if you are here to develop, lie down, to support, welcome, we just get started.”
