Australian identical twins Bridgette -powers and Paula powers get viral after a carjacking -but not for the exact reasons one might expect.
Powers Twins, 50, spoke to 7News Queensland About how their mother was captured in an armed carjacking in Queensland, Australia, on Monday 21 April.
During their interview on the screen, they spoke synchronized, ended each other’s sentences and answered the interviewer’s questions in the same words.
“And a guy, he was up there with our mother … He walks, runs, he has a gun,” reminded a sister while the other repeated the same word and bend at the same time. “And our heart began to beat. And I said,” Oh, mom, where’s mom? “And the poor mother got stuck up there.”
The twins, which are the founder of Twinnies Pelican and Seabird RescueTold the 7NEWS journalist that their mother could remain calm despite the armed suspect near her.
“But apparently our brave mom, she says:” Are you okay? “Because he had blood all over his face. She’s going:” Hi, I’m here to help. “”
“Mom distracted him to make him look the other way, and he looked the other way, and Mom ran into the bush behind the fence. The guy goes,” I find you and I’ll shoot you. ”
The powers’ twins said in harmony that they thought for themselves, “” I hope he doesn’t shoot. “” The twins and their mother all certainly passed away.

Several people who may not know about the environmental activist have commented on the now-viral video and comment on their reflection speech patterns and hand gestures. However, the couple is well known in Queensland to run their own animal rescue organization. They were also subject to a 2016 Good morning UK Segment, where Piers Morgan laughed at his synchronized answers.
The couple began their animal rescue work after the meeting Steve Irwinwith which they forged a bond before he died in 2006.
“Our brains have to think equally at the same time,” they told Australian broadcasting companies (ABC) 2021, and they acknowledged that it is “strange.”
“We annoy many people,” they said. Despite their efforts to change, “it doesn’t feel right” to do it.
“We only love each other in pieces,” they told ABC 2021. “We never get tired of each other.”
