NFL star Xavier Legete has been true of his taste for the raccoon-but he does not share the secret to his go-toatr court.
When Panthers wide recipients caught up Guy Fieri At Kentucky Derby this weekend he asked the Food Network star, “How do you like to cook some raccoon?”
In a clip published by the NFL on Sunday, May 4, Fiei replied that he “only had a raccoon conversation the other day” with a friend.
“A friend of me swears he is the raccoon chef,” said Diners, drive-ins and dives host. “No, really, he gave me a whole overview of it, so I would be down with it. My motto is – we are both hunters – and our motto is that if you are chasing it you have to eat it.”
Fiei then asked Levet if he was a “raccoon chef” and which marinade he uses on the unusual meat.
“We got a little secret, and I can’t give it to everyone,” replied the football player.
“You can’t give me the secret? We share as chefs,” insisted Fiei.
“I can’t give you the secret because there are some down to the bottom of the South Carolina type of cooking,” Levet explained.
But the Panthers star let Fiei into his process, shared that he places the raccoon in a pressure cooker, lets the meat fall from the leg, put it in the oven, choplops up and then it seasons with cracked pepper.
“It’s good to eat,” he assured Firei.
“But you won’t kick down that raccoon recipe?” Fiei asked, to which Legette replied, “We’re talking about it from the camera.”

“I eat raccoon,” LEGETTER replied.
“You what? What do you mean, raccoon?” Equanimeous asked.
“Like the raccoon you see in the trash,” clarified Legude and continued to say, “I chase it, I kill it, I hide it, cook them, eat them. All this.”

Levet revealed that the last time he had had Raccoon was Thanksgiving.
“All my people hunt and all this,” Levet explained. “My cousin is the one who killed it and came and was like,” Come on, we got the raccoon. ”
Later the same month, Levet told reporters That he had also eaten the meat on Christmas Day.
While Fiei was open to try Legete’s favorite meal, there is another celebrity chef that recently expressed discomfort for raccoon.
