“The plaintiff has also shown that the estate will suffer immediate and irrevocable damage if Clem is not accompanied from violating his federally registered copyright by publishing any part or extract of the sex band, including as part of the documentary,” says the petition.

The petition continues, “the court finds that it requires that it require a notice of this procedure before the issuance of the temporary restriction decision to lead to irrevocable damage to the estate.”

The order was granted on September 4.
