Happy birthday, Leni Klum!

The model celebrated its 21th birthday on Sunday, May 4 with a special tribute from his mother, Heidi Klum.

“Happy birthday Leni. I love you with all my heart ❤,” wrote Heidi, 51, in a touching Instagram Send to his look-alike daughter.

The accompanying message was two Throwback photos by Heidi with Leni as a baby. A picture showed that the supermodel kissed his daughter’s forehead, and a second snapshot showed that Heidi smiles in a hospital bed while rocked Leni as a crying newborn.
