A woman in Georgia is facing crime after the authorities claim that she gave a small child a marijuana.
Brooke Morgan Bestpitch, 24, is facing allegations after an investigation is alleged to have shown abuse by a child in his care, according to Fox 5 AtlantaThe WSBTV and Fork TimesWho quoted authorities in Hall County.
Bestpitch was first examined by Habersham County Sheriff’s Office and then handed over to Hall County Sheriff’s Office on December 18, 2024, according to the stores.
The first investigations claimed that Bestpitch gave toddlers a marijuana led and allowed him to smoke it. She was arrested on February 6 and was accused of ruthless behavior, according to local stores.
She was then taken to a local prison and was released the next day on a bond of $ 1,300, reported Fox 5 Atlanta.
Investigators said that they then received search options for Bestpitch’s mobile phones and Snapchat account where they found graphic videos and photos that are said to show toddlers that were high with belts and yarns, according to the outlet, who quoted Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
In a video, the child had a dog leash around the neck and Bestpitch was seen allegedly pulling the leash and limited the neck of the toddlers, the authorities told the local outlet.

Based on the new evidence, investigators issued an arrest warrant for Bestpitch on a crime for first degree cruelty, according to the outlet. She was taken into custody on April 11 and was released the next day on a bond of $ 11,200.
It is still unknown what the relationship is between bestpitch and toddlers, or if the child suffered any injuries, per outlet.
