Bayle has lived life on a rockstar since he was little when he traveled with his father’s iconic boy band while they were on tour.
“I have pretty much adult up on the road because I can remember. So my first crib was a bunk bed on a tour bus, “Baylee told People in April 2023.” So really my first memories are on the road and were abroad. ”
But Bayle not only looked from the wings, he also went with his dad on stage.
“I had to introduce my dad at 5 years old,” he said. “And when I was ten years old I started opening to them. I would sing two or three songs before the opener would come out and play his set.”
In 2019, Baylee went on a 42-show driving with Backstreet Boys as theirs Official opening act.
“It was the experience of a lifetime,” he said. “It was an experience outside the body. It was crazy. Every night it never gets old to hear my dad.”

2016 Baylee made his Broadway debut in the musical Disaster! at 13 years old. The young artist’s role as twins Ben and Lisa got him his first nomination of Drama Desk, Per Playbill.
But while Baylee thrived in the entertainment world, he also dabbed athletics thanks to his personal trainer: his father.
“Every sport that grew up, he trained me in,” Baylee told People 2023. “Even when he couldn’t be there, every time he was home if he didn’t work, he was front and center for me.”
He added, “He has been an amazing father. I couldn’t ask for a better father.”
Brian may be the global superstar in the family, but Leighanne has also had a musical impact on his son.
Baylee told People 2023 that his mother “can write some fantastic music himself.”
“I always have their perspective,” he said about both his parents. “They are always there for me if I ask, but they let me do my own thing, which I appreciate.”
Bayle also reflected on what he has learned from looking at his father’s career and said: “He has shown that I am going out of my comfort zone and courage is what it takes to get to the next level.”
“I’m over proud and I really want to replicate what he has done and as close to his success as I can get,” Baylee added. “It’s a career once in a lifetime, but I also want to succeed with music because of him.”

While Baylee looked at his dad to live out his dreams, he developed some own goals: to be the “Sixth Backstreet boy.”
“I had to be 6 or 7 at that time and I would crash the wardrobe cabinet and put on their clothes and stuff before shows,” Bayle told People.
Although he never became an official member of the band, Brian always knew that his son had what it takes to have a successful career.
“I have a memory of myself standing in front of a mirror in my father’s show suit and I was like,” Hello, can I be part of the group? “” Baylee remembers. “And he put his hands on my shoulders and he was like,” one day. One day you will get your shot. “
