Nwodim, who says she started going to Solidcore because there was a studio next to her apartment, notes that she has become “obsessed” during the years ago. Now she is approaching a large milestone: 300 classes.

“I get the feeling that I am in it for good with Solidcore because I have tried so many other workouts. I have had some, but no one has kept me back as Solidcore has,” she admits. “I never thought I would say I’ve taken almost 300 classes – in addition to improvisation courses!”

“I can’t do anything else, when it comes to work or other responsibility, unless I can show up for myself and show up as a whole person. And so is part of being whole for me training and making it the space and the time to move my body,” Mr. Throwback addition. “And every time I show up to that commitment to a 50-minute class, I feel better equipped to show up for my second responsibility. So for me it is actually a tool that allows me to do the other things I do outside the class and to show up at work and give everything.”
