Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new accusation of having attacked a woman in 2001, in the midst of his ongoing Sex trading study and Further accusations of sexual abuse.
According to a lawsuit in the New York County Supreme Court on Wednesday, May 14, and received by people, a woman who identified herself as Jane Doe, claimed that the music mogul attacked her in July 2001. The mood, which TMZ First reported, also names other defendants, including Bad Boy Entertainment.
Doe claims that she met Combs in an elevator with three friends in May 2001. She claims that the music mogul asked her for her number the same day and that she and her friends later met him at a club.
During their second meeting two days later, Doe claims he tried to kiss her, but notes that she “physically moved” to avoid the kiss. However, Combs contacted her again in July 2001 and invited her to her studio.

Doe says she brought a friend with her and that they later went to a club, but that there was a “sudden rebellion” that made bodyguards rush them out and drive them to a restaurant, per court document.
Doe claims that when she and her friend decided that they were “ready to leave and chose to do it without warning”, it is alleged to have her on the phone.
The two met then claimed again “July 31, 2001,” under which Doe claims that she and a friend met Combs in the studio and then went into a turquoise with “opened condoms, used condoms and women’s underwear.”
After they arrived at their destination, Bowery Ballroom, Doe claims that she and her friend were taken to a private area, where they got drinks that made them feel “weird.”
Doe, her friend, Combs and two to three other people are then claimed in a black SUV and stayed in Combs’ New York City apartment.
This is where DOE claims that Comb’s “powerfully” led her into his bedroom, “put her hand around his neck and said,” I will suck life out of you. “
Doe claims that after he dropped her neck, he held her arm down “while he used his other hand to quickly loosen his belt and pants, before he pulled out his upright naked penis that seemed to be the length and perimeter of a large tootsie roll.”
She claims to have been “relieved” about its size “because she knew it would not hurt as much”, but screamed for him to get off.
Combs ignored her basics and “slipped her underwear aside and with power engaged in vaginal intercourse with her without her consent and against her will.”
Doe claims that Combs did not stop penetrating “until he was close to the climate.” He then took away his penis from her vagina and is triggered on her.

After backing away, Doe claims that she walked in the bathroom to wipe off semen and ran outside the black SUV, which took her and her friend to her apartment.
Although Combs is said to try to contact her about two days later, she claims she did not respond to his call. DOE also claims that she did not respond to an invitation to participate in one of his white parties.
She claims that the experience left her with “problems with being vulnerable and alone with men”, and that she “was withdrawn and was a shell of herself.” About a year later, she also began to participate in therapy every week for about six months as a result of the alleged incident.
The mood claims that DOE “suffered from physical abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, injury and psychological injuries, as a result of the defendant deliberate, negligent and criminal acts.” She asks for a jury test and damages.
People have reached Comb’s representatives of comments.
