Defenseless Boy, 6, was brutally suspended by Pit Bull after being handcuffs by mom and 2 men

A young boy in Ohio was in a scary situation when he was suddenly attacked by a pit bull while he was in handcuffs.

The 6-year-old boy Barely survived the brutal errorsAnd now the three people who are responsible for that attack are all on their way to prison.

Robert Michalski, Jr., the owner of Pit Bull and the house where the attack took place, was sentenced by a jury on two bills of participation to jeopardize a minor and a single bill of manipulation with evidence, according to a copy of the judgment submitted in Ashland County Common Pleas Court.

He is now facing up to nine years in prison when he returns for his judgment hearing on July 21.

Everything happened on August 19, 2024, when the three adults decided to handcuffs the young boy’s wrists and ankles as part of what prosecutors call “a disturbing pattern of abuse that culminated (that day) in Savannah.”

The handcuffs made it impossible for the boy to use his hands or legs, which left him completely helpless without a way to protect himself when he was suddenly attacked by Michalski’s dog.

Michalski then fled from the stage with the dog before he and the animal were arrested a few days later when an officer found them hid in a cube hole during a search of his residence, according to one News Message from Ashland County Prosecutor’s Office.

The jury acquitted Michalski on allegations of participation in kidnapping, two more bills of participation in jeopardizing a minor and a single bill of having criminal tools.

He faced seven charges in total as well as his two fellow defenders, Angelina Williams and Taylor Marvin-Brown.

Williams is the mother to the victim and Marvin-Brown her “Paramour” according to Ashland County who prosecutes lawyer Christopher R. Tunnel.

Marvin-Brown stated a guilty appeal to all seven charges in April and Williams followed in May.

Williams judgment is canceled for June 30 and Marvin-Brown will learn his fate on July 14. They both look at the possibility of up to 40 years in prison.

All three were convicted of the two involvement to jeopardize a child’s bills, which claimed that they each “administered business penalties or other physical disciplinary action, or physically limited the child in a cruel way or for a longer period, which punishment, discipline or restraint was excessive under the circumstances and created a significant risk of serious physical injury.”

When it comes to the boy, he recovered from the attack and he and his sister are now “living together in the care of a legal guardian where they receive appropriate support and protection.”

Lawyers for the three defendants did not respond to a request for comment.
