Richard showed up in court on Friday 16 May. She took the place again on Monday and claimed Combs attacked Ventura at a restaurant in 2010.

The alleged incident took place in a room at the restaurant where Combs and Ventura were silently, as he punched her in her stomach.

“She bent immediately, he (Combs) told her to leave,” Richard testified. “No one intervened.”

Among those who are alleged to be present at dinner were musicians, musicians Ne-yoThe Jimmy Iovine And “other celebrities” that Richard could not remember about the testimony.

After leaving the restaurant, Richard was in the car with the couple when Ventura said she was “embarrassed” and told Combs that he should not have acted that way in public.

“He grabbed her in his throat and sprinkled her, hit her in her mouth,” testified Richard and allowed Combs then told Ventura: “Close f ** k.”

“He would tell her he owned her,” Richard added. “I told her he would leave. Cass looked broken. She would listen, but I could see the fear.”

Richard previously said she witnessed Combs allegedly attack Ventura with a frying pan full of eggs 2009. After witnessing the incident, Richard testified, Combs threatened her.

“He said you could disappear, that we could die,” she told the jury. “I was shocked but also scared, I couldn’t believe this would be the beginning of a journey for us.”

The trial went into its second week on Monday, after almost a week’s testimony from Ventura.

Combs are on trial for racketeering, sex trafficking of violence and transport to get involved in prostitution. He has not relied on.
