David Beador files for limitation orders against Mrs. Lesley

Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon BeadorEx-spouse, David Beadorwas issued a temporary restriction order against his foreign wife, Lesley Beadoraccording to court documents obtained by people.

David, 60, submitted a request for protection against Lesley, 41, Tuesday, June 17, requesting that Lesley be ordered to stay 100 meters from him, his home and his work. The only exception he requested was for custody exchange of their 4-year-old daughter, Anna Love.

The Court also ordered that Lesley leads to its Newport Beach, California, Home and Lesley, Anna and Inga and Indris Pukke stays in the Montana home for the rest of the summer. None and Indris is her child from a previous relationship.

“Lesley and I have had many ups and downs in our marital relationship, with previously (divorce’s petitions) that were submitted and dismissed and domestic violence-limiting orders. I have always been worried that Lesley’s relationship with me has primarily been based on her desire to live a luxurious standard of living,” David’s reading. “In our case (it is) not just a cliché that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made it very clear to me literally.”

As his statement in the archiving continued, he accused Lesley of using Anna “as a tool to extract more money from.” He also accused Lesley of using Anna of “persuading me (to) dismiss my previous violence measures for home violence.”

In June 2023, Lesley applied for a divorce and also applied for a Limitation orders against Davidalleged that he made “threats, harassment and hostile behavior” towards her and their daughter.

At that time, he also submitted a shelter and stated that they had “intense and heated arguments”, and claimed, “I am now really afraid of my security and Anna to the point that I have no choice but to make this request.”

David claimed in his archiving in June 2025, “Lesley has physically abused me on several occasions and only a small part of these incidents have been described in previous domestic measures.”

“Lesley is a pathological liar and she will say under punishment for pests literally everything that will benefit her,” he claimed, “I endured countless incidents of home violence and abuse solely to be in a position where I can often and continue contact with Anna.”

He then recalled an incident from the night before, Tuesday, June 10, when he and Lesley planned a family trip to New York. But he claimed that Lesley started a struggle and refused to go on the journey after his friend commented on positive comments about him in her presence.

He claimed that on Wednesday, June 11, their arguments continued and “Lesley physically attacked me and gumbled large pieces of skin out of my arm” and provided pictures of his alleged injuries.

“It should also be noted that during the change, Lesley actually shot my fingers in my mouth and tried to silence me and later developed a self -service story that I unilaterally bitten her fingers!” he claimed. David then claimed that Lesley also held him in the bathroom and “powerfully relaxed” him at least four times over his face.

He said they didn’t go on the trip, and the next day Lesley, Anna, Inga and Indris left their home in Newport Beach, California, and went to his home in Montana.

Once there, Lesley defeated David and said she wanted a divorce. Since the day after, on Friday, June 13, she accused him of being gay, which he denied.

As his archiving continued, he also noted that after their argument he interrupted the purchase of a “very expensive necklace.” He claimed that this upset Lesley, and as a result, “she fired Anna for her (own) advantage.”

“Instead of letting me talk to Anna, she threatened that she would get her own three (3) years of limitation against me. This has been her pattern before,” he continued. “In the incidents of home violence, she has a pattern of routinely falsely claims violence in the home.” He continued, “Lesley’s mental state is disturbing and Nonsensian.”

People were enough for David and Lesley for further comments.

A hearing as to whether the restriction order will be permanently planned for Tuesday, July 8.
