According to a Facebook post From Petersburg Fire Rescue & Emergency Services, instead of panicking or running away when confronted with the fire, “acted” Ramir “as soon as he got wind in the devastation forward.
The pre-tone years were upstairs of the home and talked to his grandmother when he is said to have heard “a strange crackling and scrotating sound, which grew higher by the other”, reported by Progress index.
He initially believed that his younger brothers, just one and two years old, had woken up from their nap in the living room.
“My mother -in -law (Ramir’s grandmother) told me that my son (said) that he smelled fire and they went down (thought) that it was his little brothers who played, but it wasn’t,” said Andrea Parker, Ramir’s mother WTVR-TV.

As soon as he entered the corridor, Ramir saw “thick, black smoke” rising from the basement, according to the fire brigade. Their report stated that he was screaming “fire,” warned his grandmother.
“Undoubtedly Ramir ran into the smoky living room, scooped up both his little brothers and led everyone out of the house. As the glass shattered and the heat intensified, this young boy kept his calm and got his family to safety before our units arrived,” the department noted.

According to WTVR TV, firefighters took about 20 minutes to get the fire under control, as their efforts were complicated by living power lines that were also on fire. According to WTVR TV, the fire was caused by an electrical issue in the lower floor of the property and has been ruled an accident.
Petersburg Fire Rescue & Emergency Services applauded Ramir and expressed that “his rapid thinking and selfless courage is nothing but heroic.”

“In a moment where seconds played, he played just like a firefighter would. Just like a protector does. Ramir, we see you. We greet you. You showed the heart of a firefighter today and a warrior’s soul,” said the post. For his efforts, Ramir will be honored in an upcoming award ceremony.
