Bob Dylan shares his art with the world.
The legendary singer, 84, has a new book on the road – EmptyThe A collection of recent works of art with a series of portraits, still life and landscape, according to a press release from Simon & Schuster. Dylan, whose influence on the folk genre and the use of underlying political themes revolutionized the music industry, first began to create visual art in the 1960s but only began to publicly share their work in 2007.
The art collection contains about 100 of Dylan’s pieces, created between 2021 and 2022, including “Roller-Skating lovers, a armor suit, a suspension bridge, a karaoke singer, a roll of Scottish tape, a Parisian channel (and) a man with a wry smile.”

Dylan also has an exhibition of the same name that is currently displayed at The Halcyon Gallery in London, with black and white drawings (which will be in the upcoming book!) Together with prose vignettes by Eddie Gorodetsky, Jackie Hamilton and Luck Sante. The show will be shown through July 6th.
Simon & Schuster Audio will also release the recently recorded, unbridled version of Chronicles: Volume oneis told by twice the Oscar-award-winning actors Sean Penn. This is the first time an unbidden version of the book is released.
