“Beauty and the Geek” star accused of partner’s murder: reports

A woman who reportedly played in the reality show Beauty and nerd, accused of killing his partner in South Australia.

“About 15.25 Thursday, June 19, police and rescue services were called to a Flinders Highway home after reports of a small fire,” South Australia Police said in one statement.

“When the police entered the property, they located a man died in the premises.”

“A 34-year-old Port Lincoln woman has been arrested at the scene and has been accused of human murder. She has been refused the police bail and may be present in Adelaide Magistrates Court today.”

“Detective from major criminal investigation and officials for forensic answers flew to the scene last night and help the local police with the investigation,” the police statement.

“The police believe that both the man and the woman are known to each other and there are no social security problems.”

The victim’s cause of death is currently unknown, Ian Parrott, Deputy Commissioner at South Australia Police, said at a news conference.

“There are a number of things on the site that must be processed,” continued parrot. “It’s a very complex scene.”

He added that the investigation was still in its “very early stages” and that there are “a number of things that we still do not know.”

“It was not a random incident,” said parrot, before confirming that both people lived at the address. “It will take some time to understand the exact nature of what has happened today,” he continued.

When he spoke to 7news, the neighbors described the event as shocking because the woman seemed “really nice, very nice, polite.”

The former TV star, who remains in custody, was taken to the hospital after her arrest before being accused of murder.

She showed up in court via telephone link on Friday, June 20 and will show up in court at a later date.
