Aubrey O’day announces that she will not testify at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ trial, even though she has been contacted by Homeland Security (exclusively)



Former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day will not take a stand in the high -profile federal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combsshe told TJ Holmes and Amy Robach in the premiere episode of a new podcast about the trial.

The 41-year-old artist, who rose to fame on MTVs Make the band Under Diddy’s guidance, had made an Instagram post on May 14, which some thought suggested to a possible court appearance at Diddy’s trial.

She published a video from New York City with the caption, “Hello New York !!! Where do you think I should go first?” She added a weighing scale emoji, usually associated with justice.

Despite the post and previous reports that she had been sued, people can confirm that O’day will not testify.

In the premiere episode of iHeart Radio’s Amy Robach & Tj Holmes present: Aubrey O’Day, covering Diddy trialO’Day told Holmes, “No, I’m not here to testify for Diddy’s trial, which I know.” She went on to claim that she was “contacted by Homeland Security” and “had a meeting with Homeland Security.”

“I published on my Instagram that I was here in New York and enjoyed myself because I wanted to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testify,” said O’day.

People were enough for Homeland Security but have not heard.

Combs, 55, have not relied on several federal charges, including racetetership and sex trafficking. He was arrested in September 2024 and is currently held without the bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. If sentenced, he is facing a potential life sentence.

On May 13, Ventura described a relationship characterized by emotional abuse and coercion. She told the court that she participated in sex parties – called “freak offs” – because she “loved him so much.”

Her testimony was resumed the day after with a detailed account of the 2016 incident captured in hotel surveillance films, later released by CNN.

Ventura had previously aroused a civil trial against combs and alleged rape and physical abuse. Although the case was settled for $ 20 million, it led to a wave of accusations that now form the basis of the ongoing criminal investigation.
