Ashley St. Clair sues Elon Musk for solitary legal custody of his son (exclusive)

Ashley St. Clair Elon Musk is true for sole legal custody of his infant.

St. Clair submitted the request for custody at New York’s Supreme Court on Friday 21 February. In the petition, St. Clair that New York is the home state for the child, passing by RSC

The author, 26, claims in the presentation that Musk is the boy’s father, which was born in September 2024 (The exact date has been edited in the archiving). She claims that Musk was not present at RSC’s birth and “has met him only three (3) times and has not had any commitment to his care and upbringing.”

Although she stated that Musk is RSC’s father, she also submitted a paternity production together with the custody production.

In the presentation she says that she and Musk began a “romantic relationship in or about May 2023”, and the two had intercourse in January 2024, when RSC was intended.

St. Clair says Musk “acknowledged parenting of the child in various written correspondences” including a text message exchange after RSC’s birth. St. Clair says she sent Musk a photo of her and the newborn shortly after his birth, which she claims Musk replied, “I look forward to meeting you and him this weekend.” She included a screenshot of the alleged exchange in her presentation.

When discussing security problems, she claims that Musk said: “If I make a mistake on safety, (RSC) will never know her father,” which she says is another recognition of parenting.

St. Clair says Musk eventually met his son on September 21, 2024 and spent two hours with them, and then for an hour the next day. She says that the last time Musk saw RSC on November 30, 2024 for just 30 minutes.

A week before that meeting, she claims that Musk texted her “I want to hit you again” on November 24, 2024. Three months later she claims that Musk texted her again: “Well, we have a legion of children to do.”

“Ashley St. Clair has submitted petitions of paternity and custody to protect her child’s best,” her representative Brian Glickich tells exclusively. “She has done everything to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comment on the content of the petitions, which speaks for themselves.”

People have reached Musk’s reps and lawyers.

St. Clair has requested that the court “issue a summons, subscription option or decision that requires the defendant to show the reason why the court should not state an explanation of paternity, a decision on support and such other and further exemption that may be appropriate under the circumstances.”

In his law confirmation, writes St. Clair’s lawyer Karen B. Rosenthal: “This company has handled the respondent’s lawyer and representative Alyssa Rower from Rower, LLC, in an attempt to solve this issue privately. The law firm has offices in Manhattan and Westchester, New York. He no longer wants to solve questions about custody and support friendly. ”

Rosenthal explained that due to Musk’s role in the Trump administration, it would not be possible to have him in the White House to be possible because of the high level of security.

Musk has welcomed 13 children With four women who count the alleged child with St. Clair. St. Clair’s mood comes one day after Musk’s former partner and mother of three of his children, singer writer Grimes, appealed to him at x to stop ignoring their children’s “medical crisis.”

“Plz answers about our child’s medical crisis,” she wrote partly on Thursday 20 February. “He will not respond to texts calls or e -mail messages and has skipped each meeting and our child will suffer lifelong if he does not answer ASAP.”

Grimes did not reveal details about the medical crisis or which child involved.
