Arizona drinks debut a nostalgic chocolate egg cream soda to the honor for a fallen 9/11 firefighter

Arizona drinks have a new twist on a New York City classic -and it comes with a charity assignment.

According to a Wednesday, September 10, the press release announced by People, announced the preserved TEA brand the release of its chocolate egg cream Soda. The nostalgic reimaginated classic is made with a swirl milk for creaminess, although it does not include actual eggs or cream, and offers a rich and foamy spin on the beloved soft drink-shop treatment.

The new taste is also for a good thing. Some of the revenues from each sold may benefit Tunnel to the Towers Foundationwhich provides mortgage -free homes to families to first respondents and military personnel who were killed during the attacks on September 11, 2001, while supporting disastrously injured veterans and first respondents.

“Tunnel to Towers represents everything we love about this country: courage, victim and society,” says Don Vulgagio, founder of Arizona drinks. “We feel a deep responsibility to honor the men and women who protect (this country). This collaboration is our way of showing gratitude and support for our heroes.”

Tunnel to Towers was founded to honor New York firefighter Stephen Siller, who died in the customs line on September 11, 2001, and Tunnel to Towers has long been rooted in service and memory. Frank Siller, chairman and CEO of the organization, said that the new soda water is going back to his brother’s Brooklyn roots.

“We are honored to collaborate with Arizona on this special chocolate egg cream Soda, which praises a beloved Brooklyn tradition that my brother Stephen would have appreciated,” said Siller. “Arizona’s commitment to support the Fallen First Responsons families through this partnership allows us to continue Stephen’s legacy of service while honoring flavors and memories that make New York special.”

The collaboration highlights Arizona’s Deep New York roots as well. The company, which was founded in Brooklyn in 1992, has built its reputation for bold flavors, iconic 99 ¢ cans and community-oriented initiative expansion now that ethos to one thing near the home.
