Andy Cohen, 56, reveals he got botox for the first time

Cohen revealed that he recently received Botox injections for the first time. “About a month ago they gave me a little,” he admitted. He previously went back and forth on his decision to get injectable, after he originally said he didn’t feel it was “something I think I had to do.”

Cohen talked more far about botox on How to fail Podcast In November 2024. “Joan Rivers, before she died, used to ask me to get Botox,” Cohen explained. He continued to detail how several other male TV hosts have Botox and was shocked to be one of the last to receive the popular cosmetic treatment.

Later he said, “How about it? The gay guy is the one who doesn’t have Botox!”

Cohen dismissed the procedure for so long because several doctors told him he did not need injections. In a section 2016 of Look at what happens liveThe Snapped Star Dr. Terry Dubrow told Bravo star: “You don’t need any of these. Don’t.”

The father to two later changed, but takes it slowly with cosmetic procedures. Botox has become an increasingly popular treatment in the beauty space, with the process recently documented at Hulu’s Mormon’s secret life.

In Tuesday’s coming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 reunion, Cohen asks any of the actors if they had any “beauty treatments at the last minute they referred to” with Erika Jayne revealed that she received Botox Tuesday before.
