Frank Grillo says he was left “surprised” by John Cena During his time to work together Peace receiver.
While participating in the premiere of the show’s second season, the actor, 60, told us that Wwe Pro-Wrestler turned the actor, 48, delivered a performance that captured him outside-best way.
“(I have) must tell you, he surprised me most because he is an amazing actor,” Grillo said. “What he does on this show, with this season specifically, he has some heavy weights to lift.”
The second season of the HBO Max series will see Cena’s Peacemaker “meet his traumatic past and take the future in his own hands” when he “discovers an alternative world where life is all he wishes it may be”, according to an official synopsis.

Grillo, who plays Rick Flag Sr. – Someone who is in violation of peacemakers – said that the “tongue of the material” for the second season, but nevertheless this step up and delivered.
The resurrection of Charles Manson Star added that his admiration for Cena goes beyond his actor. As he explained, his also costs an exceptionally genuine person to join.
“He is perhaps the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life,” Grillo told People.

His feelings were also expanded to the rest of the show stars.
“It’s an incredibly deep role. Like, everyone is really good and completed. So I’ve had a ball with everyone. I really have. They’re all amazing,” Grillo said.
Grillo was not the only one who praised Cena on the red carpet.
Jennifer Hollandwho plays Emilia Harcourt on the show said it has been “fantastic” to get to work with Heads of state star.
