An urgent search has been launched for a 12-year-old boy with a serious brain condition, who disappeared from his home in New Orleans.
About 10:00 at Local Time on Thursday, August 14, Bryan Vasquez “was discovered missing from his home” on Beaucoire Street in New Orleans, Louisiana State Police (LSP) said in a News notice. A level II-threatened/missing child alert was issued for the 12-year-old about 1:39 local time on Friday 15 August.
Vasquez suffers from a neurout development state and is non-verbal. He also does not understand English or Spanish, according to LSP. He has been described by the police as a Latin American male with brown eyes and black hair, which is 5 feet 1 inch long and weighs between 86 and 100 pounds.
“He was last seen on an adult diaper and is believed to go in an unknown direction,” according to the LSP news message.

New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) wrote it Facebook“Please look for Bryan Vasquez. This 12-year-old has been missing since early yesterday morning in New Orleans East. Call 9-1-1 if you think you see this child.”
Vasquez was last seen around 06:33 on Thursday and walked naked around the neighborhood and he “seemed to be in need,” Nola News reported, with reference to a press conference given by officials on Friday.

“He is probably hungry and needs medical care,” Nopd Major Lejon Roberts said, according to the outlet. “He could be scared. He could hide.”
The police said there are “several low -lying channels” in the area where Vasquez disappeared. Boats are on stage in the middle of the search for him, Per Nola News.
