A Colorado couple has been arrested after the police are said to have found their lover’s dead body rot in their home.

The victim, 64-year-old James O’Neill, was found deceased in Lakewood, Colo., Home on July 3, days after his brother requested a welfare check on him, says the Lakewood police in an arrest declaration.

James David Agnew, 55, and his wife Suzanne Agnew, 57, were arrested on several accusations, including manipulation with a corpse, but has not been accused in connection with O’Neill’s death.

The investigation also revealed an emergency shipment call from James O’Neill in December 2023, when he said his roommate “made threats” for him, but said he did not want the police to appear in the home, according to the pledge.

It was not immediately clear whether they have come into grounds or retained lawyers to speak on their behalf. Online -court posts show that James Agnew will be in court for his arrangement next month, and Suzanne comes to court for a preliminary hearing later this month.
