New York authorities have identified the woman who was found dead on a boat on a Montauk Yacht Club on Tuesday, August 5.
Martha Nolan-O’s Slagar, 33, by Manhattan was found dead on a boat that was docked in Montauk on Tuesday, Suffolk County Police divided into a press release.
Officers responded to a report on a woman found “unconscious” on a boat that varied at Montauk Yacht Club, on Star Island Road. The police noted that “good samarites” tried to revive the woman by performing CPR, but failed.
The first answers eventually arrived on stage and pronounced her dead. The police said that a “preliminary investigation and exam” conducted at that time “were unequivocal” when they informed them of her cause of death.
The authorities noted that Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body to determine her cause of death.
Nolan-O’s Slagar was an entrepreneur who ran East X East – a clothing brand she presented in her final TiktokShared last month. In the video on July 1, she said that East X East opened a pop -up at Gurneys in Montauk.
In the video she shared a look at the clothes for sale and wrote: “POV: The brand you started 3 years ago has a pop-up in Hamptons.”
Nolan-O’s Slartarra originally praised from Carlow, Ireland, according to Irish independence. She told the outlet in 2024 that she was a “small city girl who needed to come out to achieve her big dreams.”
“I always knew I wanted to be successful, that I was money-driven, business-driven and that fashion is a tough industry and it would be a slow road,” she told the outlet.

Members of Montauk Yacht Club Remember the contractor gladly, according to New York Post. A member told the outlet that Nolan-O’s ladies were “well known in society”, “very friendly” and “always smile.” The person added: “There will be a lot of conversation of this.”
