After Denise Richards arrived at Aaron Phypers“At home over the weekend, he claimed that he” fears for his parents “in broadcasting sound obtained by people.
The Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department Replied to a call around 16:40 on Sunday, August 3At Calabasas, California, Hemphypare currently lives with their parents and his brother, people confirmed earlier. When they arrived at home, the authorities had no evidence that a crime occurred. ”
Richards and Phypers are in the middle of a divorce. Richards was granted a temporary restriction order against the actor in July after making allegations of home violence during their relationship. Richard’s lawyer, Brett Berman, told People Sunday that Richard’s “did not violate a limitation order” by going to home.

Berman claimed that Richards went to home to “pick up his dogs after being told that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or condition.”
A source near Phypers told People that this is “100 percent, completely false” and continued to claim that Richards screamed and hit the door to the home to enter. When Phypers heard her he left through a side door, the source said.
“Completely false, right for both charges,” Phypers said in a statement to humans. “Denise’s lawyer has consistently struck out in the pursuit of the truth. There is a difference between telling the truth and trying to protect your client.”
“Having the title of a lawyer or being a celebrity does not put you over the law,” he continued. “It does not give you the right to humiliate others for your interests. Both of these measures have been easily shown here in recent weeks.”
According to Dispatch Audio obtained by People, an emergency situation said that Phypers told them after leaving that he “fears to his parents.”

Phypers, 52 and Richards, 54, got married for six years before Phypers submitted divorce July 7th. Richards later accused Phypers of physical abuse in court documents and included photos that showed her with a black eye. She was granted a temporary restriction order July 16th.
Phypers later denied the charges in a statement to people.
“Let me be clearly clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise – or anyone,” Said phypers. “These accusations are completely false and deeply harmful. Denise and I, like many couples, have met our share of challenges, but all suggestions for abuse are categorically untrue. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience and respect.”
July 29, Berman claimed that Phypers broke against the temporary restriction order By “spreading private information from Richard’s mobile phone and laptop, as he stole.” Richard’s quoted interviews that Phypers gave in the weeks after submitting divorce, including one where he claimed that she had a deal and is alleged physically abused him. (Berman Called these accusations “false.”)
“Nothing was stolen, and nothing is missing – except, perhaps, Richard’s moral compass,” Phypers told People in response at that time.
