A sheriff’s deputy is being investigated after posting a viral tikok that indicates that she could write more traffic tickets because she “was not broken” the night before – which is hose to have sex.

Her name tag was visible, and although parts of her mark were blurred, the department confirmed that internal affairs had opened an investigation, according to Fox 26 and Houston Chronicle.
In a statement obtained by Fox 26, Precinct 5 Constable’s office: “Our administration is conscious and internal affairs have opened an investigation. We have no other comment right now.”
Vice has not officially been appointed by the department, but chronicle and AOL Identified her as Jennifer Escalera, who reportedly joined the Harris County Constable’s Office in September 2021.
Her Tiktok account, which was now deleted, included several other unspoken videos-incumbent on motherhood and working in the law enforcement if it is unclear if these are part of the current investigation, according to AOL and Houston Chronicle.
Escalera’s TikTok account, during the handle @Ms.escaleraaa, reportedly contained a number of videos where she appeared in uniform before it was taken down.
While some clips blurred her brand, her name tag remained visible-aroused questions about department policy and professionalism in public posts, according to Chronicle.

“It’s very unprofessional,” said a district 5 to Fox 26. “You should not do things like that. When you are a professional, you carry yourself in a certain way. What you do outside work is cool, but I don’t think she should have done it.”
“It makes them look unprofessional when they start publishing videos like it,” told another resident, Alex Fitch, to the outlet. “You can’t take them seriously. Then they wonder why they, when you see them, say: ‘Why don’t you respect me?’ Or ‘why are you talking to me like that?’ Well, you don’t treat yourself like a woman, and you don’t treat yourself as a police officer.
The department did not immediately respond to a request for comment and has not confirmed whether Escalera remains active in the review.
No disciplinary measures have been announced, and the extent of the internal probe remains unclear – including if it extends to the deputy representative’s second Tiktok content.
