Airline employee who survived Toronto Crash Claim’s pilot was “inexperienced and insufficiently trained”

Miles were said to be serious and permanent injuries, including a crackled shaft, traumatic brain injury, back injuries, depression, post -traumatic stress disorder and more.

Legal claims include strict responsibility, negligence and gross negligence. Miles claim damages of at least $ 75 million at the peak of legal costs.

“Miles suffered significant injuries when the Delta Air Lines/Endeavor Air Flight 4819 crashed in Toronto after preventive security, education and evacuation errors, which are alleged in our complaint,” Madeline Sinkovich, a lawyer with Mike Morse Morse Morse Law Firm, divided into a statement with people. “We carry out full liability and compensation in court.”

Delta Air Lines refused to comment in anticipation of litigation, even if a spokesman for the company said to participate “continues to support the Transport Safety Board in Canada’s ongoing investigation.”
