After performing several plastic surgery procedures at Kelly, 56, Dr. Mike Nayak Chatgpt to rate his work. He was shocked to discover that the artificial intelligence software only gave him 9.5/10 rather than a perfect point.
But it was because Kelly’s facial rejuvenation was actually a little too good, according to the program.
“The only reason why this does not hit a perfect 10 is because some can claim that the result is something” too perfect ” – borders on beauty edition. But it is a matter of personal taste, not technical deficiency,” read the app according to the screenshot Dr. Nayak split Instagram July 26th

During the grade 9.5/10 called Chatgpt surgery a “masterclass level on face rejuvenation”, which is what Dr. Nayak, a St. Louis, Mo.-based plastic surgeon, has become known for. The app could even predict that he was the one who had performed the operation at Kelly, which is one of Dr. Nayak’s employees and has worked with him for almost a decade.

Kelly works closely with Dr. Nayak’s patients on their recovery process and monitor their healing processes immediately after surgery. When she started on Nayak plastic surgeryShe was in the operating room, but a few years back she moved to a aftercare role who now sees her work directly with patients right after they have their operations
“I will tell you, I have operated many people that I am close in different ways: staff, personalities you would know, and I was most nervous about working at Kelly, believe it or not,” says Dr. Nayak to People. “She has seen all the problems I have ever had in the recovery process for the past eight or nine years, and she has helped deal with it. She is urgently aware of every single thing that has ever gone wrong because she has been there.”
Luckily for Dr. Nayak and for Kelly the process could not possibly have been smoother.

During the Kelly June procedure, Dr. Nayak a deep flat facelift, deep neck lift, forehead lift, rhino, fat transmission to her temple and full facial laser set.
Kelly’s desire for plastic surgery this time (she had previously received fat transmission in her under her eyes and had her stretched ear classes decreased) began a few months ago when she tried dresses waiting for her son’s wedding. When she looked at the pictures, she tells people that everything she could see was what her neck looked like, and she was simply not happy with it.
“I couldn’t see the beautiful dress because I was so busy watching (my neck). Seriously? All my pictures will look like this?” She says and adds that it was the moment she became serious about considering plastic surgery. In addition, she worked in recovery with Dr. Nayak, she was always surrounded by patients who looked and “looks better” than she did.
“Their necks are murderers, and I have this sinking skin,” she says about how she began to feel. However, she knew that she needed to be mentally ready, and it wasn’t until so recently that she felt she was.
When they discussed the procedures she had done with Dr. Nayak, the two decided to do a nose plastic, as the plastic surgeon says Kelly was “plus or minus”. As in, she had no problems with her original nose but decided to move on and fine -tune it while she got the rest of her face done. He says she gave him permission to give her a “sweet nose”, so he did just that, and chose to reshape the tip to turn up. Kelly says it is the aspect of her face that gives her the “youthful” look. In addition, the nose is so good, Dr. Nayak has prospective patients who ask him for “Kelly” rhino when booking meetings.
To go under the knife with Dr. Nayak, however, made the whole process infinitely more bearable, says Kelly. Not only did she have full confidence in her doctor, but she had full confidence in the whole team because she knows them and works with them every day. After working with patients in recovery, she has gone through this process day in and day out for several years. This has just given her a whole new perspective on everything.
“I had zero fear of going into this at all,” she says. “It was just more exciting, and I couldn’t wait to get on that table and get me (hit) and get me to sleep. I was super excited.”
Kelly’s recovery has been seamless, which she says she has felt a little bad, after seeing some patients experiencing difficulties while breastfeeding them through. But she and Dr. Nayak understands that everyone reacts differently to each procedure. She has just been happy.
“I can relate to (patients) so much more now,” she says. “I think they relate to me for more because it’s like,” Oh, you’ve gone through it. You know what I’m going through. “So it helps you understand.”

Kelly has been proud of her results, only shy for two months after the operation. Her boyfriend of seven years told her he would “support anything” she wanted to do but didn’t think she needed plastic surgery in the first place. But she says that when she cured, he realized that she wanted a face rejuvenation to feel better about herself.
When it comes to her two children, who are in the 30s, Kelly says that she thinks they think her mother’s new look is “cool”, they just don’t want to “act too excited.”
Kelly is one of many of Dr. Nayak’s employees who have received plastic surgery while employed. (They call it “to be nayaked.”) It is one of the benefits to work at the plant, as you get the operation at a reduced rate.
