“Everything that Cameron had about his epilepsy was actually things that we thought were positive, which was actually negative,” Libby said. “I thought he had them in sleep that he was safe. But actually having them in sleep is more common (LY) associated with people who die.”
The mourning parents eventually began Cameron Boyce Foundation. “Our big message is about taking that diagnosis very seriously,” explained Libby and added: “You have to give people more tools.”
