Head of Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe speaks out after reports of Olivia Rodrigothe team asking for removing pictures of Taylor Swift at their restaurant.
In a video is divided into x On Wednesday, June 18, the manager and COO, Erica Nichols, said that she would “bring some truth” to “questions and discussion” online.
“We had a filming with Olivia Rodrigo here. Olivia’s people asked us not to remove a picture of Taylor Swift. Nobody did. We removed a picture of Taylor Swift that was in a position where the filming took place,” she began.
“When we have movies, we are required to remove pictures that are under copyright. We do not own these pictures, so we cannot give permission that these images should be used in any kind of broadcast. That is the only reason why the photograph was removed from the place it was.”

Nichols went on to explain that the employee who “spoke out of turn” that it did not understand why the picture was taken down. “He spoke sloppily and randomly about it, maybe tried to be funny, I don’t know. But impossible, that picture was removed for legal reasons.”
The manager noted that the rest of the pictures of Swift, 35, stayed in place, and that other pictures in the room also needed to be removed.
“Understand that this was nothing between two artists. We support all songwriters, all artists and give them equal part. Taylor is a super friend to Bluebird, and we keep her in the highest appreciation. We were honored to have Olivia here, and please know that they both live extremely high in our consideration,” Nichols continued and asked the fans not to be upset about anyone over anyway.
“It was a mistake from the employee, and I’m here to clear it so you know this was something we were just obliged to do for legal reasons,” she added.
“Thank you so much for listening,” concluded Nichols. “Please know that we at Bluebird Café support Taylor. We support Olivia and we are grateful for your support.”

Bluebird Cafe chief spoke after a Video Circulating Online Where an employee claimed that the restaurant removed “all visible signs of Taylor Swift before (Rodrigo) appeared there in 2023.”
In the clip, the employee claimed that Rodrigo, 22, appeared in front of her Intestines Album drop. “And what happened before she started playing? What did you do? What was the change that you did?” Someone outside the camera asked.
“We promised to remove all visible signs of Taylor Swift,” the employees claimed. “It’s so serious?” The question outside the camera asked. “We respect the girls,” replied the employees.
Fans began to speculate online that there was bad blood between the artist, After rumors that Rodrigo wrote “Vampire” about Swift. “I was very surprised when people thought so,” she told The custodian 2023.
“I never want to say who any of my songs are about. I have never done it before in my career and probably not Rodrigo.” I think it’s better not to pigeon a song to be about this thing. ”
She Gushed earlier about Swift. “I would just love to just be in a studio with Taylor,” Rodrigo said at Apple Music 1’s The Travis Mills Show 2021. “I don’t even have to write with her. I just want to see how she does it because I just think she is such a genius.”
Swift is credited on two of her songs from her Intestines Album, “1 Step Forward, 3 Steps Back” and “Deja Vu”, which refers to Swift’s “New Year’s Day” and “Cuel Summer”, and now the 14-hour Grammy winner has listed for songwriting credits.

Rodrigo denied additional beef with Swift 2023 in an interview with Police stone. “I don’t have beef with anyone,” she told the publication. “I am very chill. I keep myself. I have my four friends and my mom, and these are really the only ones I’m talking to ever. There’s nothing to say.”
“There are so many Twitter conspiracy theories,” Rodrigo added rumors online. “I just look at foreign-conspiracy theories.”
