Rescuers may call a neglected dog, find a “leopard” with puppies

An animal welfare in Arizona was for a surprise when they received a call about a “leopard” and some puppies in need of help.

On Thursday, May 29, the Arizona Humane Society (AHS) in Phoenix received a call from a neighbor who reported a dog in need of help, as she and her nine puppies were tied to a leash outdoors in the burning Arizona heat.
