Just eight months after calling the clock to mark the end of her breast cancer treatment, Ali Feller revealed that her cancer has returned.
June 6th, the loved one Podcast host And known as Ali on the go announced Instagram That she has been diagnosed with breast cancer in step 4 that has spread to her legs. Cancer was discovered after struggling with chest pain.
“This intense, debilitating, sometimes immobilizing pain came out of nowhere. It was mild at first. It was there in Boston. It was bad of London,” she began with reference to Boston and the London Marathons. “The weekend at my birthday party I went on adrenaline, but at the end of every night I could barely move.”

Feller, who celebrated her 40th birthday on May 6, said her surgeon was at her birthday party and she mentioned the pain she experienced, including the little bolt she noticed on her sternum.
“She felt it. I spun. I had the best weekend ever. At 8 o’clock on Monday morning, her office called to start scheduling meetings for me. I knew it probably wasn’t good,” she said. “It has been a whirlwind month with ultrasound, CT scan, bones, biopsies, MRI, pet scan, other opinions and, this Tuesday, a port place procedure hours before Annie’s daycare degree.”
“Dr. Rosenkranz knew. She knew the bolt and saw how much pain I tried to break through and shoot aside. She let me enjoy my party. She gave me a little more time to continue riding at the highest heights in my life. For now I know. We all know,” she continued. “It is metastatic breast cancer in step 4 that has spread to my legs.”

Feller was first diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2023. She underwent a double mastectomy, reconstruction, four rounds of chemotherapy and one year of immunotherapy. She ended the treatment in September 2024 and celebrated with a video on Instagram calling on the hospital clock.
Now, who shared a photo from her hospital bed, she admitted that she is “overwhelmed” due to the return of her illness. Her daughter is 6 years old.
“I’m sorry. I’m afraid. I’m as deliciously optimistic as ever. I’m angry,” she said. “I am convinced that I will be an exception and not a statistics. I live fully in the denial phase, with a commitment to start the hunting phase next week.”

Feller said she will start chemotherapy again on June 10, expecting more rounds than her first time. On her Instagram stories, she published a series of photos from the last month since her diagnosis. She admitted that even though it is difficult, she tries to keep her head up.
“I have spent my entire career to remind loved ones and strangers that they have this. That they are doing well. Meanwhile I have spent the last month carefully kicking my own ass,” she wrote. “I was so worried about relapse. I thought my absence of fear was some kind of superpower, or at least an armor. And here we are. Metastatic. Unconcern, by definition. Can I have prevented this? Should I have done something – a million things – different?”
“I lived my best, happiest life. I had the dreamest spring. It crashed so hard, so fast, so unexpectedly,” she stopped. “It’s a lot. It’s too much. Soon you’ll be better, right? Because you have to …) ♥ ️”
