Lauryn “Pumpa” EfirdDivorce from Make Josh Efird May have come as a great shock to the fans, but her family thought it was a long time to come.
“I will be honest, we all knew behind the scenes that it was in work for a long time for many years,” Lauryn’s mother, June Shannon, tells people exclusively.

The Shannon family has never kept back sharing big moments in their lives, but Lauryn admits that it “may have hesitated” at the end before choosing to share her divorce on Mom June: Family crisis Season 7.
She ultimately had to come to a place to “be okay” with the world “to know that there were problems in my marriage.”
“Everyone thought we were so image-perfect and this great happy family, because I didn’t want that page there,” Lauryn admits.
However, she is in a new relationship today with Darrin Kitchens and says “Things are really, really good.”

“We agree. He comes to many families. Him and my children agree,” she continues. “So for me I’m in a much happier place and in a much happier relationship. I don’t really feel that I have to beg about it just minimum anymore. It’s just already there.”
“It’s a little nice just because I was growing up and filled everyone else’s cup and I felt that I always left a little empty,” she adds. “But now I feel like I’m back at the top. He makes me feel that way.”
