Told a neighbor to the key family, Jose Martinez ABC7 That he was shocked to know about the charges against his neighbors.
“I’ve never heard any bad sounds,” Martinez said. “I would take out their junk and see that the jars were full of snacks, so I can’t believe they had no food or denied clothes or such things, because they were quite normal.”
“Nothing was suspicious at all,” he added. “The kids would come out, I would give them popsicles and they would never mention anything to me.”
Martinez said that after the children had been removed from home, Tina told Martinez that she and the other two family members were investigated for alleged abuse against children.
