Two years after making headlines for her strict anti -inflammatory and Paleo dietThe Gwyneth Paltrow Have revealed that she is trying something new.
The Ironman Actress, 52, revealed on the latest episode of her The Goop Podcast On April 22, which she has loosened the reins with regard to what foods she can and cannot eat and now allows herself to some abandonments.

Paltrow noted that she still keeps up eating foods that are “as whole and fresh as possible” to handle “longer inflammation” and “health” questions she had. But she also admitted that she may have taken it a little too far at first.
“I went into hardcore macrobiotics for a certain time. It was an interesting chapter where I became a little obsessed with eating very, very healthy. I think it was, I really tried to heal my dad (Bruce Paltrow) with power of attorney and he just didn’t really want to do with it, “she remembered and referred to her late father who died in 2002 after a year long struggle with neck cancer.

“I think I was just so surprised that we know, we had this power in our hands, you know, that if we treated ourselves well and hydrated and ate whole food that we could only feel so much better. I was a little intoxicated by that idea and I still feel that way to this day,” she explained.
The actress said that she exerts the balance now and no longer lives strictly within the boundaries of the diet. She added that she uses healthy foods as a “type of template” to live her life.

The modern paleo diet contains foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds.
