Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s accuser releases Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s name from the lawsuit for sexual abuse

A man who has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual abuse and humiliating him at a party in 2015 while Beyoncé and Jay-Z Was present has now removed the couple’s name from his trial.

Prosecutor, Joseph Manzaro, submitted an amendment to his action in Florida on Friday, April 11. He removed Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s name from his complaint, which was obtained by people.

Manzaro claims in the original complaint that he was drugged and brought to a home on Miamis Star Island, owned by Halo and Emilio Estefanfor Combs’ son ChristianBirthday in April 2015. Once there, Manzaro claims that Gloria saw him in a “impaired state” and told someone to call an ambulance, before Emilio claimed her, according to the complaint.

Manzaro also claims that he was drugged, taken from home and paired around another party while he got a penis mask. The complaint described the incident as a “Freak-off.”

Page six reported that Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s lawyers delivered information proving that the couple was not present at that time. An article from 2015 from New York University’s magazine reported that Jay-Z made a performance at the university at that time, and shortly after, he and Beyoncé went on holiday in Hawaii, Per Pictures published by Daily Mail.

Manzaro claims in the complaint that he was drugged and transported via an underground tunnel to Comb’s mansion by former porn star Adria English, who is also appointed a respondent.

An earlier version of the complaint claims that Manzaro was taken to a room with Jay-Z and Beyoncé, whose later expressed confusion and asked why a “half-naked” man with a sex toy stuck in the face stood in front of her. This claim was removed from the complaint.

One of the other respondents mentioned in the complaint replied that it was a “punishment”, and that “Diddy wants him to see what we do for snitches.”

Jay-Z’s lawyer Alex Spiro gave a statement to people, where he said musicians were not in Florida during the alleged attack.

“(Jay-Z) was not in Florida at that time to witness this incident-he was engaged in easy to find public activities proving that he was not at this event,” Spiro said in the statement. “This is more nonsense that erodes confidence in our” justice “system.”

Manzaro’s complaint claims that Combs later specifically ordered that Manzaro would be deteriorated in front of others at the party before the complainant was abolished and then dressed in a strap and “a black leather mask with a rubber dust that is forced to be inserted and zipped over his head.”

“A locking sex device is attached to the mask, which stands out from his mouth,” claims the complaint. “The plaintiff was then subjected to degrading and non-consensual acts.”

The complaint further claims that Gloria again requested an ambulance, but again became silence by Emilio.

In a statement to People on Saturday, April 12, Comb’s legal team denied the charges that Manzaro has leveled.

“This complaint shows the condemned lengths that the plaintiffs will travel to Garner’s headlines in the pursuit of a pay day,” the statement says. “No sensible person reading this complaint can credit this story. Mr. Combs is looking forward to having his day in court, where these lies – and the perverse motives for those who told them – will be revealed.”

People were enough for lawyers for Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Manzaro for comments on Saturday, April 12, but did not receive an immediate response.
