Family of man killed by dumping is the mood for which he worked for when he died

A mourning family in Florida sues his late son’s employer after he was killed while at work.

Tampa Police Department said in one News notice That a crash with several vehicles killed two adults when a 2015 Kenworth Dump Truck “failed to label stopped traffic forward” on March 17 around 13:00 local time. Several people were also sent to the hospital.

The driver of the dumping car suddenly changed lane in an attempt to avoid a collision, but instead “hit the back of a minivan run by an adult male in the early 60s with two youth passengers” per police officer. The driver of the Minivan was pronounced dead at a local hospital, while the two children were also hospitalized but are said to be in stable condition.

After colliding with the minivan, the dumper “on the shoulder and beat an adult man in the early 20s, who temporarily came out of a business box while traffic was stopped to place a company sign on the grassy axis,” police say. “The passenger who left the vehicle was pronounced deceased on stage.”

The dump truck continued to hit three more vehicles, the police reported, leaving that the investigation was ongoing.

Local withdrawal Wfla reported that 20-year-old Ismael Coss Jr. was the man who hit the shoulder of the road. In the accident, he worked for College Hunks and pulled junk and moved. Part of his job, his family told Wfla, placed advertising signs at intersections.

When Coss Jr. was beaten, his colleagues called 911, as was his father, Ismael Coss Sr., who rushed to the stage, according to the outlet.

“I see my son, and I just imagine what he saw coming from behind when he walked out of the vehicle to do something like (his) job asked him to do,” Coss Sr. said.

“They want them to stop at least in three different places at three different intersections to be able to put in a farm sign for marketing for this company,” explained the grieving danger further.

The victim’s mother, Diana Coss, told the outlet that College Hunks should “have safer practice” and “should not risk the children for their activities.”

When asked about the education protocols on site by the moving company, Coss SR said that his son never talked about anything. “Absolutely not,” he said. “What he was talking about was how he didn’t like to do it.”

The Coss family has aroused an unfair death against College Hunks, the dumping company and driver Per Wfla.

“Our hope with this trial is that this family will find a certain sense of justice for the loss of their son and some liability for the tragic loss of a very young and valuable life,” said family lawyer Charles Spinner.

The news socket reported that College Hunks has previously been quoted four times to place signs along the way, which violates local regulation.

College Hunks started a Gofundme page to support Coss Jr.’s family.

“We are heartbroken by the unexpected departure of our colleague Hunk, Ismael Coss. He was a dedicated team member, a great friend and a beloved brother and son. During this incredibly difficult time we want to meet to support Ismael’s family,” reads the description for the collection, which has collected more than $ 11,000 so far.
