Gypsy-Rose Blanchard’s boyfriend Ken Urker dumped her after listening to Dr. Phil (exclusively)

The couple opened about the ups and downs in their relationship in an exclusive interview with people before the publication of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up Season 2. During the chat, the unveiled what went through his head as the couple divorced before their reconciliation in April 2024.

Urker first joined a gypsy, a victim of the Munchaus with power of attorney, when she was still in prison for murder of his mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. He suggested for gypsy, 33, in October 2018, and the couple briefly interrupted his commitment before he was reunited In August 2019.

They later went their separate roads again for several years, during which gypsies got married and were shared from foreign spouse Ryan Anderson. (She announced her separation from Anderson four months after she was released from prison in December 2023.)

IN Life after lockingWho gives the viewers a look at the couple’s revived romance, Gypsy explains that she was blinded by her and the split-ringing, revealed to people, was a decision that was more shaped by the voices around him than those in his own head.

“Well, I think one of the biggest things was out of opinion and influence,” says Orsk about his decision to end things with gypsies. “I had listened to a podcast from Dr. Phil, and I had many people in my ear and just told me that the best thing I can do to her is to give her some time to build a self -identity that she has never been able to build before, and even when she is in jail.”

“And I felt that at that time all these opinions – especially Dr. Phil – felt that it was the right choice to make at that time for both of us,” he continues. “So we went in separate directions, but fate allowed us to meet again.”

The TV personality podcast analysis about gypsies-which was not focused on their relationship, but included Dr. Phil, 74, and talked about the munchaus of proxy victims and mentioned the ancestors with names-influenced ancestors more than the other “opinions”, he emphasized.

The Dr. Phil Host, tells you, “was one of the biggest outside, I suppose, opinions that shaped the way for our relationship at that time.”

After the first meeting, things snowballs when the couple, who now live in Missouri with their daughter, met a month later to participate in a jazz festival. “Then shortly after that we realized that we would have a child,” recalls the ancestors. “So then I moved down here.”

And Urker’s previous concern about giving gypsies “time to build a self -identity” has since disappeared. It has been fantastic, he says, to see how she is “bloomed in an incredible person” since she was released from prison.

“I couldn’t be more proud to have her as a mother of our child and as a partner in life. And I think that even after all the things she has gone through, it was one of the things I loved with her from the beginning,” says Ors and adds, “I couldn’t be happier to have her at my side in this life.”
