The former American Airlines air hostess who secretly recorded several minors in aircraft bathroom relied on two criminal charges on Thursday 6 March, according to a Massachusetts district lawyer Leah Beleire Foley’s News notice.
Estes Carter Thompson III37, was first arrested in January 2024 and was indicted by a federal jury in Boston in April 2024. The subsequent investigation later revealed that his iCloud also had hundreds of AI-generated images that depicted sexual abuse against children.
More than a year after his arrest, Thompson invoked guilty of a bill of attempted sexual exploitation of children and a count of possession of child pornography depicting a prepubescent mines. He is facing up to 30 years in prison.

In front of its Thursday, March 6, the court’s conduct recovered the authorities previous videos from his iCloud account showing minors aged 7, 9, 11 and 14 who were secretly registered in the aircraft toilet, Federal prosecutor said in a statement.
Thompson’s activity, which stretched from January to September 2023, was revealed on September 2, 2023, when a 14-year-old girl discovered that his phone secretly recorded her during a flight from Charlotte, NC, to Boston.

“The smaller victim informed her parents about what she saw and showed them the picture when she returned to her seat. The victim’s father confronted Thompson, who then locked himself in the toilet with his iPhone for three to five minutes before the flight descent, ”according to the news message. “Upon flight arrival at Boston Logan Airport, law enforcement noted that Thompson had restored his iPhone to factory settings.”
