Michelle Trachtenberg counted her parents and sister as her biggest supporter before her death at the age of 39.

The actress, who died on February 26got his start as nickelodeon Child Star in the 1990s before she rises to fame with roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gossip girl.

In an interview from March 2005 with Black filmMichelle shared that even though her mother, Lana, was “never a stage mom”, she had “always been there.”

“She is really proud of me and is really happy that I do something that I love,” said the actress. “She never ran any of her special ideals or opinions about me. She always did what was best and she has been my inspirational power.”

Trachtenberg was found dead in his New York City apartment early in the morning of February 26. Although a cause has not yet been established, a source told us ABC News The Trachtenberg had recently undergone a liver transplant and may have had complications.

Michelle was born in New York, and her family moved to Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, where she grew up with her sister, Irene.

But around the age of 12, when her career began to take off, she moved to Los Angeles while she remained “Bicoastal too little”, which she explained in a 2005 2005 Radio interview.

Michelle grew up surrounded by the Russian language thanks to her mother, who was born in Russia. Meanwhile, her father is from Germany and once worked as a fiber optic technician, according to New York Post.

In the radio interview in 2005, Michelle shared that she “always heard it around the house”, and that was the only way she could communicate with her grandparents.

She and her mother are tied over cooking

“My mom is an amazing chef who always prepared the most delicious meals for me and my sister while we grew up,” she wrote. “We all know that a homemade meal is much more satisfying than a frozen dinner or a quick stop while driving!”

Michelle revealed that she and Lana had spent several years “dreamed” about writing a cookbook filled with fast, healthy recipes that families could make together.

As a step towards that goal, Michelle shared one of their favorite dishes – a spinach and greasy cheese paste – as a way to “start the taste of the taste.”

She had a close relationship with her sister Irene

Although Irene prefers to stay out of the limelight, she maintained a close band with her famous sister.

In January 2015, Michelle published a photo with Irene on InstagramWrite, “Congratulations on the birthday to my amazing sister !!! Love you @trachtie #bestsisterintheworld.”

Although Michelle lived largely in the limelight, Irene prefers to be more private. In January 2021 Michelle split another Instagram Post for Iren’s birthday, although Irene “does not like” to have his photos published on Michelle’s account.

The celebration occurred in the middle of the pandemic, and Michelle wrote that Iren’s birthday’s desire was for “everyone to wear a mask, be aware of their health, be consideration for everyone who struggles and to remember to love.”

She was “grateful” for her mother and sister

Michelle often expressed her gratitude to her mother and sister. In front of Thanksgiving in November 2020, the actress shared a message on Instagram Reflected on what she appreciated and wrote: “I am so much grateful for my 30 -year career, my mom, my sister.”

“When we get ready for Thanksgiving, and most people can’t be with their family or friends because of the global pandemic,” she wrote. “My hope is that you can still find something to be grateful for. And maybe: it’s just living during these wild times.”
