Over 20 employees in the state service resigned from ELON MUSIC‘S Department of Government Efficience (Dogge) refuses to use its technical expertise to “disassemble critical public services” on Tuesday, February 25, in a Joint intention letter obtained by people.
The 21 employees, consisting of engineers, computer scientists, designers and product managers, issued the departure letter to the White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.

“We swore to serve the American people and maintain our oath to the constitution of the president’s administrations,” wrote 21 employees in the letter of departure. “However, it has become clear that we can no longer honor these commitments.”
“We will not use our skills as technologists to compromise on basic government systems, jeopardize Americans’ sensitive data or disassemble critical public services,” the letter continued. “We will not lend our expertise to implement or legitimize Doges actions.”

The letter also quoted several incidents that contributed to their departure. From one day after Trump was inaugurated, with reference to Tuesday, January 21, the now-designed employees completed 15-minute interviews with individuals who carry white house visit brands.
They note that several of these interviewers refused to identify themselves and “asked questions about political loyalty, tried to pit colleagues against each other and showed limited technical ability.” To add, “This process created significant security risks.”
The group wrote the Trump administration and Musk decided on Friday 14 February to shoot around a third of the labor force-inclusive those who worked in social security, veteran services, tax relief, health care, disaster relief and student assistance.
