Sarah Shahi teases “Red, White & Royal Blue” sequence at the 2025 Emmy Awards (exclusively)

Sarah Shahi does not give too much about the coming Red, white & king blue sequel, but she “teased appropriately.”

“It happens. It happens and then some,” Shahi said about a sequel to the romantic comedy in 2023.

“That’s all I can really say right now. I want to say that fans will be very satisfied with Red White & Royal Blue 2 Information that comes out, ”she added.

When you talk to People’s Editor at large Janine Rubenstein and Entertainment every weekEditor -in -chief Patrick Gomez, Shahi asked if she “teased appropriately.”

“Just the tip,” she joked. “You can say that, right? I didn’t cuss. So there you go, I just gave you the tip.”

The first Red, white & king blue – Like stars Nicholas Galitzine And Taylor Zakhar Perez, along with Shahi, Uma Thurman and others – is based on the Casey Mcquiston novel 2019 and dropped on Amazon Prime Video in August 2023. It tells the love story about a British prince (Galitzine) and the son (Zakhar Perez) by the US President.

Amazon MGM Studios was announced in May 2024 that a sequel was really in the works and will contain its stars that return in their lead roles to continue the story of their Romance on screen. Director Matthew López Returns and collaborates with Mcquiston to write the script.
