Michelle Dockery shows up fantastic London townhouses and ‘The Most Downton Abbey Thing’ which she owns

Michelle Dockery showed off its amazing townhouse in London in a new video tour – and revealed “most Downton Abbey thing “She owns.

Särdare43, who plays like Lady Mary Talbot in the British series, gave a tour of her unique home in a new video interview with Architectural melt Published on Wednesday, September 9.

The home has an eclectic art collection, a large book case, ear floor, intricate crown formation, a marble baths and lots of leafy houseplants to absorb the natural light. Among her favorite items in the house is a “family’s legacy”, as Särdare said she inherited from her grandmother.

She then opened the box on the small piece of walnut furniture to reveal what was inside. “And that’s probably the most Downton Abbey thing that I own, because it is filled with beautiful cutlery, which we tend to use on Christmas and special occasions, “she shared.

Vintage silver products were organized along the crunch-blue velvet interior by the box. “So I’m known for sometimes polishing my cutlery,” she said with a laugh.

The actress also shared lots of Downton Abbey Easter eggs she shows in her home from her time at the set of the award -winning show. “This picture comes from the first series of Downton Abbey by Nick Briggs. It is probably about the only picture I have in me as Lady Mary in Downton,“She said, gesture to the framed black and white image of herself dressed in a suit with a top hat when she rode a horse.

She also shared the unique way she chooses to show her Screen Actor’s Guild Award (SAG), for which the role of Downton won for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series in 2013 and 2016.

“We have some, and this one has a miniature pair of pants on her head,” explained Dockery when she showed her Sag -award. “I played a few years ago, and it was a kind of joke, but my chest of drawers gave me a small pair of Barbie pants, and that’s now where they live.”

She then shared one article she took from Downton Abbey set. “And one thing, actually the only thing I got from Downton Abbey Was this little dog, which some people will recognize from the train station scene when Mary gives this to Matthew before going to war, “Dockery said.

She continued to talk about how the little toy resembles her dog Alfie, “and what is angry with this is that this was a long time ago and a little I knew I would get a dog that looks like this dog in the future. So this is another tribute to my dog.”
